ACTOR MATT DALLAS CELEBRATES HIS BIRTHDAY AT TAO

Saturday night at TAO Las Vegas was the party spot as ABC Family’s “Kyle XY” actor Matt Dallas celebrated his birthday in true TAO Las Vegas style. Dallas and a group of 12 friends started off the evening at the restaurant dining on TAO’s signature Chilean sea bass and assorted sushi platters. The restaurant surprised Dallas with a delectable cake and his friends sang along happy birthday as he blew out his candles. After the cake, the group made their way to the nightclub to continue the birthday celebration. At one point in the evening, the entire club sang happy birthday once again to the “Kyle XY” actor as sparklers were brought out.Also celebrating a birthday in the nightclub was BET Network’s executive vice president Stephen Hill. Partying at the owner’s table on the dance floor was comedian David Spade, who arrived at the nightclub after his stand-up comedy show. Spade and friends imbibed on Goose vodka and enjoyed the night listening to the sounds of DJ Roktakon.

FRIDAY NIGHT AT LAVO

Craig Ferguson made his way over to Lavo after his stand up concert, he was with 2 friends and they joined Noah's table for dinner. Ludo sent out signature favorites...After dinner the entire table made their way up to the clubAlso choosing Lavo for his post show meal was Joel Mchale who made it over for a late night dinner after his performance, joined by his wife and several friends the group had a lively meal and closed the dining room down. Erin Lucas, co-star of the upcoming The Hills spinoff "The City" celebrated her birthday at Lavo with a group of girlfriends and her boyfriend. Wearing a feater headband and a classic strapless little black dress, the brunette beauty dined on Lavo signature dishes before making her way up to the nightclub. She was suprised buy cupcake cones with sparklers as the group sang happy birthday.

Actor Matt Dallas was also at LAVO with friends dining and dancnig in the club getting ready for his birthday celebration tonight at TAO!

QUARANTINE MOVIE RELEASE PARTY AT TAO

Friday night at TAO Las Vegas saw actor Johnathon Schaech celebrating the release of the horror film, Quarantine. Schaech arrived at the restaurant with Quarantine executive producer and writer Drew Dowdle. Later joining the group at dinner was Schaech’s girlfriend actress Jana Kramer, who had just arrived from Los Angeles where she was filming “90210.” The group sat by the restaurant’s signature 20-ft Buddha, where they enjoyed Chilean sea bass and lobster wontons. After dinner the Quarantine party headed upstairs where they took a VIP table in the dance floor. Schaech and friends imbibed on bottles of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and Grey Goose vodka. Also spotted in the restaurant was rapper Flava Flav.

Olympian Michael Phelps at Worship Thursdays

Thursday night at TAO Las Vegas saw a slew of celebrities at the club’s Worship Thursday party. Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps spent the evening at the dance floor table in the nightclub with a group of 12, including professional poker player Antonio “The Magician” Esfandiari. The crowd was excited to see Phelps as he kindly took photos with fans.

Sitting nearby at the owner’s table was Saw V actress Megan Good, who is most known for her lead role in the film Stomp The Yard. Prior to the nightclub, Good started off the evening dining at the restaurant where she chose chicken pad thai and assorted sushi platters. Craig Ferguson, host of CBS’s “The Late Late Show,”celebrated the night at a VIP table in the moat section of the nightclub with professional poker players Phil Hellmuth and David Williams.

KATHERINE MCPHEE AND HOLLY MADISON AT LAVO

Katharine McPhee, songstress and American Idol runner up, treated her dancers to dinner at LAVO inside The Palazzo Tuesday evening. In town for a private show, the group dined on Chef Ludo’s Pizzette Margherita, Grilled Beef Kabob, Chicken Palliard and Chocolate Bread Pudding. After dinner they headed upstairs to a dance floor table in the nightclub.

Holly Madison, Hefner-ex and Girls Next Door reality star, spent an entire evening at LAVO beginning at 6 pm. She attended the opening of the Executive Lounge mixer at LAVO with George Maloof before the two sat for dinner in the restaurant. After enjoying Mediterranean Sea Bass and Caramelized Salmon, Holly and her stuffed animal pug puppy adjourned to meet a large group of friends who were seated on the hookah patio. Later in the evening motocross star Cary Hart joined everyone outside.

Spotted heading up to the nightclub were celebrity chefs Daniel Boulud and Paul Bartolotta. At a separate table upstairs was Ari Fleisher, former press secretary for President George W. Bush.

"THE REAL DEAL" PREMIERE AFTERPARTY AT LAVO

Taking over LAVO’s expansive outdoor terrace as well as the private dining room, poker pros and celebrities celebrated the premiere of The Real Deal! Tuesday evening.
The Real Deal! poker pros including Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu, Jennifer Harmon, Phil Hellmuth Jr., Phil Laak, Antonio Esfandiari, Gavin Smith, Eli Elezra, Scotty Nguyen and Todd Brunson were joined by celebrities Jennifer Tilly, Don Johnson, Bob Newhart, Clint Holmes and show host Vinnie Favorito.

Each Thursday, Friday and Saturday the rotating roster of pokers pros from the show will host a meet and greet for the show’s VIP ticket holders in the lounge at LAVO following their 5:30 pm show.

FAMILY GUY creator Seth McFarlane Celebrates his Birthday at TAO!

Friday night at TAO Las Vegas saw another memorable night that the will keep the town talking for years to come. “Family Guy” creator and star Seth MacFarlane celebrated his 35th birthday in style with a group of 25 people, which included most of the cast and crew from the hit show. The group started off the night at the restaurant dining on TAO signature dishes brought out by the chef. Immediately after dinner, MacFarlane and his group continued the birthday celebration upstairs in the nightclub at their VIP table on the dance floor. Just before 1 a.m., TAO club goers were in for a special treat as MacFarlane took to the stage and addressed the crowd doing the voices of Brian the dog, Stewie Griffin and Peter Griffin. Joining him on-stage was fellow cast member Alex Borstein who does the voice of Lois Griffin. The crowd went wild when MacFarlane played an upcoming episode where Brian the dog and Stewie open up a nightclub. In the episode, they all sing a song with Frank Sinatra.


MacFarlane gave an outstanding performance as he sang live doing the voices of all three characters, in sync with the video. After his special performance, the club surprised MacFarlane with a sparkler presentation and a customized cake featuring all the “Family Guy” characters. The “Family Guy” cast and crew partied until the early hours of the morning to the sounds of DJ Reach.

DJ VICES BIRTHDAY AT LAVO!!

Last night it seemed all of Vegas showed up to wish DJ VICE a Happy Birthday! We ourselves left at 4am and are a little sleepy today.....Vice had a specially made cake courtesy of Hudson Jeans in the shape of a Patron bottle! Very nice, and The guys from S.K.A.M. KIRSTEN DUNST'S WEEKEND AT TAO AND LAVO

Actress Kirsten Dunst came out to Vegas this past weekend and chose TAO and LAVO as her points of celebration for the birthday party of a very good friend of hers. The group of girls arrived Friday night and headed straight to LAVO for dinner with spoecially prepared dishes being sent out form Chef Ludo. The girls next hit the club upstairs where they chose a nice dancefloor table in the corner, and were surprised when sparklers appeared out of nowhere for the birthday girls celebration. Saturday the group hit TAO for dinner with Sushi selections, Kobe Beef and Chicken Satay adorning the table. Kirsten herself brought out the Birthday cake at dinner this time and everyone posed for photos. Afterwards the girls celebrated into the AM in the Moat VIP section until calling it a night.

THE CAST OF DEXTER CELEBRATES AT TAO

Actors Julie Benz and C.S. Lee from Showtime’s “Dexter” celebrated the season premiere of their third season at TAO Las Vegas last Saturday night. Benz, Lee and party started off the night at TAO Asian Bistro where they dined on a few signature dishes sent out by the chef. Joining the group was actor Jonathan Sadowski, who has been seen in the films “Live Free or Die Hard” and “She’s The Man.” In the club, the “Dexter” cast continued the celebration at their dance floor table where they danced to the beats of DJ Vice. Also spotted at TAO on Saturday was actor John Krasinski form the hit tv show "THE OFFICE".

FRIDAY NIGHT AT TAO

Friday night at TAO socialites Rick and Kathy Hilton dined at TAO with a group of 15 people choosing on a few favorites sent out by the chef. In the club the group chose a dancefloor table, not far from Floyd Mayweather JR who bought champagne and seemed to get the club in a tizzy with so many sparklers being brought out with every bottle.

For the 3rd straight season TAO took over HARRY O's in downtown Park City, Utah during the Annual Sundance Film Festival. Along with Blender Magazine and Myspace, TAO threw some of the biggest events of the festival and celebs abounded in the VIP invite only venue.

BOB SHINDELAR - TRIATHLON MAN

Congrats to BOB SHINDELAR TAO VIP DIRECTOR for completing his first Triathlon. Bob worked Saturday night and then had to be up at 7am for the event sunday AM! Bob completed the swimming, running and biking event in 1 hour 26 min 20 seconds (for the sprint series).

MILLY SIMS DINES AT LAVO

Actress and Model Molly Sims dined at LAVO Thursday evening with 2 friends. The group dined on Chef Ludo's Greek Salad, Caprese Salad, Shrimp Scampi and Chocolate Bread Pudding. Molly was a delight and loved the tasting.
